Usually not. Most speed and SEO problems can be fixed on the site you already have. If the measurements show a rebuild makes more sense, we will tell you plainly.
How do you measure the results?
Against Google’s Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and technical SEO checks. We run the same measurements at the start and at the end and compare them.
How is the price set?
